Overview of the health of the general public
Under the Public Health Act , the Public Health Department has a mandate to produce an overall depiction of the health of the general population. In that spirit, the Public Health Department for Outaouais periodically produces an Overview of the health of the general population in Outaouais. This report enumerates and synthesizes data in relation to determiners that affect the state of health of the general population. The results are broken down by region, as well as by CSSS territory. Furthermore, the results are compared with the results observed in the rest of the province.
